Wells Fargo Caught Violating Telemarketing laws and Social Security Act

With mandatory arbitration off the table, Wells Fargo (WF) now faces massive liability for intentionally violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Social Security Act, as it relates to social security numbers and telemarketing. R & L will be pursuing protective consumer litigation against WF Executives and lawyers who were caught lying about WF’s policies. As in the past this outrageous behavior was discovered inside the old Wachovia Banking Group in NC.
